Who is the University of Colorado Staff Council?
The University of Colorado Staff Council or UCSC, champions change and unity by being a voice for CU employees. This group is comprised of staff volunteers from each campus and the system office who are passionate about making a difference for the staff at CU.
Why did Staff Council conduct a work climate survey?
Our council works with CU leadership and the Board of Regents on important issues that affect employees’ work experience. We meet monthly to address all areas of concern on behalf of CU employees.
Can information be pulled by specific campus?
Yes, information has been broken out by each campus and the System office and provided on main survey results page. This information will be provided to each individual staff council.

The survey asked employees about select aspects of their work environment including benefits, professional development, and policies.
What is UCSC planning to do with the survey results?
UCSC representatives have already shared the anonymous survey summary results with university leadership and each staff council. Next steps include:
-Send info to appropriate departments
-Identify actionable items from the UCSC perspective
-Continue to examine data in unique ways (e.g. breakdown by campus)
