Once onboarded, Safeguard Global manages all compliance within the worker’s country, the worker reports time and payroll/benefits is tracked through Safeguard Global's human resources management system – Mihi.
Mihi will be the worker's self-service tool for all time tracking, leave and benefits needs.

The department maintains all supervisory roles and manages the worker’s day-to-day employment (remote work).
