You will manage your CU Global Employee as you would any other remote worker, following campus remote worker guidelines.

Ongoing maintenance


Once onboarded, GPS manages all compliance within employee’s country, the employee reports time and payroll/benefits is tracked through GPS’s human resources management system – Mihi.

Mihi will be the employees self-service tool for all time tracking, leave and benefits needs.


The department maintains all supervisory roles and manages the employee’s day-to-day employment (remote work).
