Affordable housing is a pressing issue in the Pikes Peak region of Colorado. “Homeownership has become increasingly out of reach for many households in El Paso County, as home values continue to far outpace income growth,” according to the recently published Colorado Springs and El Paso County Regional Housing Needs Assessment.
