Clearwell has offered to invest its time and resources, in conjunction with University of Colorado resources, a Proof of Concept product evaluation of the Clearwell’s e-Discovery solution for University of Colorado. During the Proof of Concept, Clearwell will seek to demonstrate a selection of features that are indicative of the product set that has been proposed. A successful Proof of Concept project will demonstrate Clearwell’s e-discovery elements against a specified subset of data in order to address University of Colorado’s e-discovery needs.  The POC will be a limited demonstration per above for a duration 6 months.  Any extensions beyond this time period or expansion of demonstration criteria outside the scope must be agreed-upon.
