New CU Anschutz Division of Transplant Medicine is first of its kind nationally

CU Anschutz has created the Division of Transplant Medicine, the first academic division of its kind in the nation, bringing transplant experts across organs and medical specialties into a shared academic home. Based in the CU Anschutz Department of Medicine and working closely with UCHealth University of Colorado Hospital, the division is designed to improve multidisciplinary transplant care, accelerate research and innovation, and strengthen education and training.
