How CU Denver turned campus dining into an award-winning student experience

Campus dining at the University of Colorado Denver (CU Denver), in partnership with Sodexo, is getting national attention for doing more than serving meals. CU Denver Housing and Dining won two silver awards in the 2026 Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards from the National Association of College & University Food Services, one of the highest honors in collegiate dining.
