ABOUT THIS VISUALIZATION: This data visualization includes an analysis of Colorado state funding of higher education back to 2001 showing appropriations, unadjusted and adjusted for inflation, by governing board. The data included here is from Legislative Council forecasts, state appropriations statutes, calculating percentage change over time. The tool compares changes in funding and student FTE, cost to the state and students, and tuition revenue per student. This data visualization was created by the CU System Institutional Research.
