Presented by David Braddock, Ph.D.

David Braddock, Ph.D. is a CU Senior Associate Vice President, Professor of Psychiatry, and Executive Director of the University-Wide Coleman Institute for Cognitive Disabilities. He will be presenting on "Disability in the United States: Historical and Contemporary Perspectives". His presentation will address the history and prevalence of cognitive disability in the United States, emerging applications of technology for supported living for people with such disabilities, and the rights of people with cognitive disabilities to technology and information access. The Coleman Institute was launched at CU in 2001 on the basis of a generous gift commitment from William T.  and Claudia Coleman.
