The University of Colorado uses many applications and programs to enhance the day-to-day work of students, faculty and staff. Many often require pre-requisites, trainings and approvals that can be complicated and hard to understand.

The Access & IT Security section of the UIS website has been re-organized and enhanced to help users better identify the best systems for their needs, available trainings and resources, and how to gain access. Employees can also find information to reset their passwords, enroll in multi-factor authentication (MFA) and how to set up new employees in the correct systems for their first day.

You can explore available services based on your business needs: data warehousing, finance management, reporting tools, student information systems, system IT applications and CU system accounts. Each system contains information about common campus users, required trainings and examples of the system in action by other departments.
