What to expect when you're expecting to come to 1800 Grant.

CU System Administration values the flexibility to choose a schedule that works for your department and promotes your best possible work and home life balance, as much as we value your presence and the opportunities to build social connections in person. Most system employees work within the hybrid model, coming into the building for events, meetings, training or on certain workdays.

Parking

Parking is free for System employees in the underground parking garage, which leads directly into the CU System building. Just scan your badge as you enter for access.

How to reserve a workspace

If you work fewer than three days a week at 1800 Grant St., you will need to reserve a workstation during the days and times you’ll be in the office. You can reserve work and meeting spaces through the SmartSpace software platform. See how to reserve before you head into the office (password required).

Where to sit

The 1800 Grant office provides hoteling spaces for most employees, with a wide range of options for your preferred work setup. Discover where your department is located and where hotel desks are available (password required).

Note: Don’t feel stuck on your department’s floor – reserve a workspace (password required) on a new floor for a change of scenery!

Navigating the office

You’ll need your badge to get around the building. Street access doors, most floors, the mini gym and elevator access require your badge.

If you have lost your badge, email Grant.Building.Questions@cu.edu for a new one or for help if you are stuck behind a locked area.
