This summer, you’ll need your password and a phone number to update sensitive personal information in the portal.
An added portal security feature, called multi-factor authentication, will be required to change direct deposit, W-2 and other information. It takes two items for these changes to be implemented: “something you know” (your password) and “something you have” (your phone number).
Make your updates go right:
- Please update your phone numbers in the portal.
- Log into the portal (my.cu.edu).
- Select “Employee Profile” from the “Personal Information” menu and verify your phone number(s). Add or update phone numbers, as necessary. Home, cellular, campus 1 and campus 2 phone types will be available for use with the new security tool.
