Heidi Ganahl is a Republican from Superior, earned her bachelor's degree in business from CU Boulder in 1988, and Alice Madden is a Democrat from Louisville, earned her bachelor's degree in psychology 1981 and law degree from CU Boulder in 1989. They're running for a competitive state wide seat to take new direction for CU's leadership.
