Boulder Daily Camera: Colorado Legislature approves bill to allow more out-of-state students at CU Boulder, others

If Gov. John Hickenlooper signs Senate Bill 18-206 into law, it could mean up to 685 additional non-resident students and up to $25.4 million in additional revenue for the University of Colorado system over the next three years, according to the bill's fiscal note.
