From Oct. 15 – 29, Medicare-eligible retirees and surviving spouses can select their benefits coverage for 2026. This enrollment period aligns with the national Medicare Open Enrollment. Medical and dental coverage will begin Jan. 1, 2026 and run through Dec. 31, 2026.
