CU Anschutz | CU Boulder | CU Denver | UCCS

CU Anschutz

Website and Analytics:

  • Attribution Header: We have added the attribution header to the website and will notify the campus when the addition is ready for final review.
  • Launch: Pending campus approval, we will move the website into production.
  • DNS: Following the site launch, we will work with our counterparts at CU Anschutz to complete remaining DNS configuration.
  • Redirects: We are working to redirect program links from online.cu.edu to the new campus-based websites to support the transition period when both sites will exist in tandem. 
  • SEO, GA4, GTM: We are continuing to work with our counterparts at CU Anschutz to implement SEO, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. 

Marketing and Digital Engagement:

  • RFI Auto Responses: We are completing final configuration to support outreach via RFI auto-responders that will coincide with the site launch.
  • Social: We are continuing to work with the Anschutz team on the development of a strategy for paid and organic social.

Vendor Management:

  • Collegis: We are meeting with the Anschutz team to provide an overview of Collegis operations and billing and explore the implications of non-IOS units using the qualification and transfer service. 
  • Swish: The team is postponing work on a paid advertising strategy pending campus readiness after the website launch is complete.

General:

  • Project SOW: The scope of work for phase one of the project has been sent to the campus for signature.
  • Dashboards: We provided links to updated IOS dashboards for both marketing and lead pipeline that will allow the Anschutz team to obtain more granular data by school, college, and program.
  • Phase One Feedback: We will be scheduling a call to obtain campus partner feedback on phase one of the project prior to beginning work on phase two.
  • Governance: Meeting minutes from the August 18 governance meeting will be available for review by the middle of this week.

CU Boulder

Website and Analytics:

  • Future Boulder Website: We are aware that work on a new website for CU Boulder's online efforts is currently underway at the campus level. Pending campus discussions, we are standing by to assist with updates to RFI forms and general lead flow.

Marketing and Digital Engagement:

  • Text Messaging: We assisted with the resolution of a text messaging error.

General:

  • Governance: Meeting minutes from the August 18 governance meeting will be available for review by the middle of this week.

CU Denver

Website and Analytics:

  • Launch: We have moved the website into production.
  • DNS: We are working with our counterparts at CU Denver to complete remaining DNS configuration.
  • Redirects: We are working to redirect program links from online.cu.edu to the new campus-based websites to support the transition period when both sites will exist in tandem. 
  • SEO, GA4, GTM: We are continuing to work with our counterparts at CU Denver to implement SEO, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Chatbase: We are gathering information and assessing the feasibility of adding a Chatbase to the cloned website.
  • Landing Pages: We are preparing to support the development of landing pages including imagery, graphic design, and other needs as identified.

Marketing and Digital Engagement:

  • Drip Campaigns: The team is working with its CU Denver counterparts to determine start dates for post-launch drip campaigns and is making final technical adjustments as needed.

Vendor Management:

  • Swish: The team and its CU Denver counterparts met with Swish to plan a scope of work for the first quarter of FY24. Swish is finalizing details and will send to the System team for signature following campus final review and approval.

General:

  • Project SOW: All signatures on the scope of work for phase one are complete.
  • Phase One Feedback: We will be scheduling a call to obtain campus partner feedback on phase one of the project prior to beginning work on phase two.
  • Integrations: The integrations team is investigating applications not appearing in IOS.
  • Governance: Meeting minutes from the August 18 governance meeting will be available for review by the middle of this week.

UCCS

Website and Analytics:

  • DNS: We are awaiting support from our UCCS OIT counterparts to complete remaining DNS configuration required to move the site to production.
  • Launch: Following completion of the DNS work and pending campus approval, we will move the website into production. Following launch, we will wrap up any remaining technical items with the UCCS OIT team.
  • Redirects: We are working to redirect program links from online.cu.edu to the new campus-based websites to support the transition period when both sites will exist in tandem. 
  • SEO, GA4, GTM: We are continuing to work with our counterparts at UCCS to implement on SEO, Google Analytics 4, and Google Tag Manager.

  • Social: We are continuing to work with the UCCS team on the development of a strategy for paid and organic social.
  • Text Messaging: We assisted with the resolution of a text messaging error.

Vendor Management:

  • Collegis: We are conducting testing of a Teams-based solution and phone model to temporarily replace live transfer (Five9) between Collegis and UCCS enrollment navigators.
  • Swish: The team is working with its UCCS counterparts to develop a paid advertising strategy in conjunction with Swish. Following strategy development, we will meet collaboratively with the Swish team to begin work on an SOW.
  • Five9: We are investigating multiple Five9 issues including Five9 not allowing for outgoing calls and mismatches in assigned disposition.

General:
