PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM)​ is the primary system for core Human Resources (HR), payroll and benefits, time collection, training and other HR-related activities for employees across the University of Colorado.​ This resource is managed by University Information Services (UIS) [2] located at the System Administration campus.

How do I request access?

To request access, please log into CU Identity Manager [5]and request the apprpriate HCM role(s) needed. For more information regarding HCM access requests through CU Identity Manager please reference our documentation [6].

For department tree changes, please fill out the Request for Department Tree changes PDF form [7].
