We’ll send Medicare-eligible retirees and surviving spouses postcards, letters and important disclosures via mail and email, so this is a good time to confirm your contact information is correct in the employee portal. You’ll also want to confirm your phone number is correct — the enrollment tool requires dual factor authentication, and having a current phone number on file will help ensure that you’re able to verify your access quickly and efficiently.

If you do not have access to the employee portal, you can update your contact information by submitting the Address, Phone Number and Email Change form [4] or request portal access using instructions on the Enrollment Tool Access page [1].
