Your Cvent access aligns with your role and the additional products your group may have purchased. 

Users

  1. Users are provisioned with one role by default:
    • Events Basic Permission Set
  2. If additional products are purchased, you might require a different role. 
    • OnArrival Premium or 360 [3]
    • Abstract Management
      • Events Basic Permission Set PLUS Abstract Mgmt
    • Virtual Attendee Hub [4]
  • Events Basic Permission Set PLUS Attendee Hub

Super Users

eComm Specialists

  1. eComm specialists will one role, in addition to access to approve events for users:
    • Events Super Permission Set

Administrators

  1. eComm Administrators will have one role:
    • Administrators
