The system and each of the campuses have various avenues, programs, and departments for outreach to and working with alumni from the four campuses. This section is focused on faculty needs to reach out to alumni for teaching, service, or research.

The central CU Advancement office [3] supports each of the four campus’s advancement efforts in fundraising, development, and grants. 

The CU Advocates program [4] is the “official grassroots network of the University of Colorado”. Anyone can be a CU Advocate, including faculty. Advocates are informed of opportunities and challenges facing CU.
