As part of the recent Concur update, “Reservations” for airfare purchases are now appearing in the traveler’s Concur profile under available expenses. These “Reservations” enable the travel itinerary imports that now add the travel allowances for per diem and incidentals to the travel expense report. The entries will be visible in your Available Expenses only until the airfare charge is posted, at which time the Reservation will disappear.  For more information on the related itinerary imports, please refer to our recent blog post.
