On October 15, 2025, Concur will release an updated expense report interface that will automatically become the default view for all users. The updated design brings a cleaner look, simpler navigation, and improved visibility by providing all windows of the expense entry process on one page.

This update affects only the Expense module – not Request or Travel. Your core tasks remain the same, so you will continue to create, edit, submit, review, and approve reports as you do today, but with a more modern and user-friendly experience. Users will have the ability to change between the new and old view until the new interface becomes standard in early 2026.
