Concur Enhancements Rescheduled for December 8-9 [1]
Earlier this fall, Concur announced an update to the expense report interface for all users when preparing an expense report. This update was subsequently delayed by the vendor and the new release date has finally been announced. Over two days on December 8th and December 9th, all Concur users will be migrated to the new interface where they will find an updated design in the expense report module that brings a cleaner look, simpler navigation, and improved visibility by incorporating all windows of the expense entry process into a single screen.
This update affects only the Expense module – not Request or Travel. Core tasks will remain the same, so you will continue to create, edit, submit, review, and approve reports as you do today, but with a more modern and user-friendly experience. Users will have the ability to change between the new and old view until the new interface becomes standard in early 2026 (exact date has not yet been released by the vendor).
