The Board of Regents approved revisions to the following law and policies at the November 7, 2023, Board of Regents’ Meeting:

• Policy 2.N: Approval, Revisions or Repeal of Regent Policy will allow the secretary of the Board of Regents, with the concurrence and direction of the administrative Laws and Policies Coordinating Committee (LPCC) to make nonsubstantive cleanups to regent laws and policies when needed to correct obvious inconsistencies or errors in the laws and policies.
