The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted updated redline drafts and/or justification memos on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [3] for the following policies which are  scheduled for discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, January 22, 2026:

     - Policy 2.B: Regent Acceptance of Money from the University

     - Policy 5.F: Termination of Faculty Appointments Following Program Discontinuance

     - Article 5, Part D: Faculty Grievance

     - Policy 5.G: Faculty Grievance

     - Policy 13.E: Fiscal Misconduct
