NOTICE OF REGENT LAWS AND POLICIES UNDER REVIEW

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted an updated draft and/or justification memo on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [3] for the following regent policies which are scheduled for 2nd discussion and 1st discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, October 22, 2026:

2nd Discussion/Action

     - Policy 3.F: Evaluations for Officers of the University and Officers of the Administration (3.F.4 Annual Evaluation for all other Officers of the University)

1st Discussion

     - Policy 5.D: Reappointment, Tenure, and Promotion of Tenure-Track and Tenured Faculty
