Reports For Orgs [1]

February 9, 2017 by Carl Sorenson [2]

Here are several reports that are specifically for running by org code.  These reports are all in the Orgnode Reports subfolder under Finance.

m-Fin ORG EXPENDITURES BY MONTH

See how much your org spends each month on salaries, ben, operating expenses, travel, etc.  Can run for all funds or a subset of funds you specify.  In Cognos QA.  [Feb, 2017: now in production.]

m-Fin SPEEDTYPE STATUS

See the effective date chronology of when the status on each speedtype changed.  Can run for just A or I, and for a minimum length of time having remained in the status (i.e. effective date less than or equal to a date you supply).  So for example, setting the status to I and the effective date to a date six years in the past will list just those speedtypes that went into inactive status six or more years ago.  In Cognos QA.  [Feb, 2017: now in production.]

m-Fin EXPENDITURES SPONSOR BY FISCAL YEAR

See how much your org spends each fiscal year, summarized by sponsor agencies.  In Cognos QA.  [Feb, 2017: now in production.]

m-Fin SPONSOR FUNDING (Budget Transactions)

See detailed fiscal year budget transactions subtotaled by sponsor id.  In Cognos production.
