Most m-Fin reports page by fopps/speedtype. Sometimes, however, you need reports that sum multiple speedtypes together. Here are m-Fin reports that do this.
- m-Fin ACCOUNT NUMBER
Shows actuals. Individual fopps/speedtypes are shown, but with totals by account code. - m-Fin REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE TOTAL
Shows budgets, actuals, and encumbrances. Pages by fund and then an all funds total at the end. Individual fopps/speedtypes are not shown because they are combined, summed together. We will develop Balance Sheet and Trial Balance m-Fin TOTAL reports that work similarly. - m-Fin ACCOUNT RANGE BY FUND
Shows actuals, account range rows by fund columns. Individual fopps/speedtypes are not shown because they are combined, summed together.
The latest versions of these three reports are in the Cognos QA [3] system. If you have been asking for m-Fin to do other levels of summary, please try these reports. If all goes well they will be in production the week of July 25th.
