A new version of m-Fin REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE SUMMARY is available for you to test now in Cognos QA [3].  Its new features are:

• View in CSV Format [4]. Now works.
• SUBTOTAL BEFORE F AND A.  Appears if the speedtype has facilities-and-administration expense (same as m-Fin EXPENDITURE TYPE SUMMARY and m-Fin BAE BY MONTH – SUMMARY).
• Page suppression.  Don’t want a page for a speedtype unless something has been booked on it?  Now you can control this – on the optional second page of prompting available via the Next button.
• GIFT EXPENSE PURPOSE 2. Appears for fund 34 (same as m-Fin OPERATING SUMMARY).
