m-Fin Reports Refreshed In QA [1]

New versions of most of the m-Fin reports have been migrated into Cognos QA.

  • New CU Logo
  • UCDHSC Fund 34 now gets available balance method 3 instead of method 8 (ie. encumbs will be honored).
  • for m-Fin REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE SUMMARY and the Rev Exp Summary in the m-Fin OPERATING SUMMARY:
    • Account Range is user specified.
    • Second prompt pages with EXTRAS prompt for requesting EXPENSE PURPOSE CODE and additional columns with percent calculations.
  • new report m-Fin SPEEDTYPE SUMMARY

This version of the reports will move to production if they pass OUC testing.
