Two New Reports

These reports have been gestating in Cognos QA for a while. Now they arrive in Cognos production.

• m-Fin SPEEDTYPE LIST [3]
  A master list of speedtypes. In the Look Ups folder below the Finance folder.
• m-Fin PAYMENTS RECEIVED [4]
  Shows payments CU has received.  Useful for clinical trials.

Detail Report Refactored

To refactor means to improve the internal structure without changing the external function. m-Fin FINANCIAL DETAIL has been refactored for performance improvement on runs looking for a specific account code within an orgnode. This is a less frequent but nevertheless important use of this report. Performance for other runs remains the same.
