m-Fin production migration [1]

Five reports have new versions migrating to production today:

  1. m-Fin BALANCE SHEET TOTAL (incorrect prior fy net position amount fixed)
  2. m-Fin FINANCIAL DETAIL II (project mini-header)
  3. m-Fin GROSS MARGIN COGS (speedtype prompt now prevented from running with FOPPS prompts in effect)
  4. m-Fin REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE TOTAL (consistent totaling fund pages to final pages)
  5. m-Fin SPEEDTYPE SUMMARY (formatted MSExcel output fixed)
