Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the Contract Services Team
  • Prepare, review, negotiate and process complex contracts through to signature
  • Work closely with PSC purchasing agents, compliance teams and risk managers each campus to increase purchasing efficiency, reduce contract risk and ensure legal sufficiency
  • Support IT purchases for the Systems office and enterprise-wide IT agreements for the University
  • Support the libraries, international education/recruitment, enterprise-wide MSAs and e-procurement suppliers
  • Support all levels of contracting questions and needs across the University system
  • Participate in IT Procurement projects and contracting process improvements
