Primary Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, negotiate and process complex contracts through to signature
- Work closely with PSC purchasing agents, compliance teams and risk managers on each campus to increase purchasing efficiency, reduce contract risk and ensure legal sufficiency
- Support scientific (laboratory/medical equipment/supplies), facilities, athletics, official functions and transportation (vehicle/equipment) purchases
- Participate in procurement contracting process improvements
