Student FTE [1]

Back to Budget and Finance Office [2] or CU Data Made Simple [3]

In accordance with Colorado Commission on Higher Education policy, student FTE is a calculation of total student credit hours taken in a fiscal year divided by 30.  Data are provided by campus, residency, and level.

Also download as an excel [4] or pdf [5] file.

Student Full-Time Equivalent Enrollment (SFTE) = total student credit hours in a fiscal year divided by 30 (per the policy of the Colorado Commission on Higher Education).*

*Students at the Anschutz Medical Campus typically take more than 30 credit hours per year, therefore the CCHE formula overstates student FTE at that campus.
