Finance System - Annual Update Time! [1]

February brings the annual PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) update for the Finance System.
- This year's PUM update is scheduled for Monday, February 23, 2026.
- It introduces enhancements to the FIN search pages.
- There are no changes to the inquiry or transactional pages.
What's Changing?
Search pages in FIN will feature a two-column layout designed to streamline your processing.
- Search fields that are currently stacked in a single column will instead be arranged side-by-side, allowing you to see more criteria at a glance and reducing your need to scroll.
- Overall, it will be easier and faster to find what you need, for example, when you're looking up SpeedTypes, journal entries, or vendors.
With the new user interface, everything will work the same -- only the arrangement of the fields will change.
