As we approach the winter break/holiday closures of December-January, please note the calendars on the OUC website [2] and the processing schedule below.

• The Finance System is available every day for data entry and approval.
• We will process every weeknight except for December 25 and January 1.  
• We plan for an extended campus month-end close (scheduled for January 6, 2025).
