Fallou Thiobane is the Financial Report Writer at the University of Colorado, Office of University Controller.

He is responsible for developing and maintaining m-Fin (Management Financial) reports using IBM Cognos Analytics. He collaborates with campus users across the university to identify and implement new functionality and improvements for the m-Fin reporting system.

Fallou has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity. He began working for CU in July 2018.
