Beginning this spring, a new feature will be enabled in Percipio to support improved tracking of required learning assignments.

With this enhancement, overdue assignment notifications that are automatically sent to employees will also be automatically cc'd to employees' direct supervisors, as identified in HCM. This will provide supervisors with greater visibility into outstanding training and help ensure timely completion of required coursework.

Employees are encouraged to complete assigned training by the due date to avoid escalation notifications.
