A great way to begin the month of October: OUC and department staff exchanged information and questions at Town Hall sessions in Colorado Springs and Denver.

Among the topics of discussion were: our award-winning Annual Financial Report, FinPro Help Desk updates, UBIT and other tax issues, the PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 upgrade, PS Lite-to-Cognos transition, and benefits of departmental billing/accounts receivable processing in the current Finance System.

Participants left with handouts of resources (“very helpful!”) … giveaways promoting the FIN upgrade and the FinPro Help Desk (“fun – I like these!”) … and high ratings overall (“thanks for doing town hall sessions!”).

We have four Town Hall sessions scheduled on Wed Oct 8 (two at CU-Boulder) and Thu Oct 9 (one at Anschutz Medical Campus and one at the CU System offices on Grant Street).
