We’re pleased to announce that FinPro Help Desk Manager Leslie Nittoli [3] was recently named Vice President and Secretary for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Help Desk Institute (HDI).

Founded in 1989, HDI [4]is the first professional association created for the technical support industry. Its mission is to elevate the customer experience through training, networking, and collaborating.
