The new calendar year means a few changes to Administrative Policy Statements (APS) and Finance or PSC Procedural Statements (FPS/PPS) – all part of the January 1 semiannual update cycle.

APS Cash Control

Rescinded, since the content it presented was heavily procedural and largely redundant with the FPS of the same name. (The FPS Cash Control [3] has been slightly revised to incorporate a couple points from the APS.)

APS Complimentary Tickets and Related Expenses for Employees and Non-Employees

Rescinded, for similar reasons as above. The PSC Procedural Statement Complimentary Tickets [4] has been slightly revised and is expected to be further refined and redeveloped as an FPS during the next update cycle.
