FIN Users: You May Need to Clear Cache Today [1]
We had a PeopleTools upgrade for FIN and HCM over the weekend. PeopleTools is the application software that PeopleSoft is built with.
If you notice unusual behavior in FIN this morning -- like odd error messages or long processing times (the wheel just spinning) -- clear your browser cache. (This is most likely to happen if you use Internet Explorer.)
To clear cache: Press Ctrl (or Command, on a Mac) + Shift + Delete.
