CUSP Submission Promotes Digital Business Process [1]

April 1, 2015 by normandy.roden [2]

A tool that replaces paper-intensive processes can streamline document routing and approval for virtually any University department.

You're undoubtedly familiar with many University processes that require multiple forms to be completed, signed, routed, and archived. At CU-Boulder, the Human Resources division committed itself to streamlining these processes through the use of DocuSign. The web-based interface allows users to conduct business digitally anytime, anywhere, on any device.

Find out what's happening in Boulder by reading Nancy Portner's recent submission [3] to the CU Shared Practices (CUSP) website. Consider how this approach could help your department.

Then, think about the innovations your department has implemented ... and make your own submission [4] to CUSP. You have until April 30 to tell us about it.
