Many of you have already contributed comments on various chapters of the draft Accounting Handbook [3]. This major initiative – part of the University’s Fiscal Procedures – has been under development since last fall. Effective July 1, 2012, we will publish select chapters on a final Accounting Handbook website – and begin to consolidate related policies/procedures so you have a single source of accounting guidance.
