A new submission to the CU Shared Practices (CUSP) website addresses the universal challenge of furthering staff training and development. Last year, a School of Medicine (SOM) team at the Anschutz Medical Campus resolved to address administrative knowledge deficits by creating a monthly training program: the SOM Administrative Professional Development Toolbox.
