NOTICE OF APPROVED UPDATE TO ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY STATEMENT (APS)

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the approved revisions to APS 1013-Intellectual Property Policy on Discoveries and Patents for Their Protection and Commercialization [3].  The revised policy was approved by the President and Chancellors and became effective on March 12, 2026.
