NOTICE OF REGENT LAWS AND POLICIES UNDER REVIEW

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline drafts and justification memos on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [3] for the following law and policies which are scheduled for 1st discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, March 12, 2026:

     - Article 3, Part C: Officers of the Administration

     - Policy 3.B: Definitions of Officers of the Administration

     - Policy 2.G: Direct Expenditure Authorization via Board Resolution

     - Policy 2.K: Personnel Authority for Employees Exempt from the State Personnel System
