NOTICE OF REGENT LAWS AND POLICIES UNDER REVIEW

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline draft and justification memo on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [3] for the following policy which is scheduled for 1st discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, January 22, 2026:

     - Policy 5.F: Termination of Faculty Appointments Following Program Discontinuance
