NOTICE OF REGENT LAWS AND POLICIES UNDER REVIEW

The Office of Policy and Efficiency (OPE) has posted the initial redline drafts and justification memos on the Regent Laws and Policies Review Website [3] for the following policies which are scheduled for 1st discussion by the Regent Governance Committee on Thursday, October 22, 2026:

     - Policy 13.I: Contracting Authority and Regent Notification

     - Policy 2.L: Public Comment at Committee Meetings of the Board

     - Policy 2.H: Regent Travel Policy

     - Policy 2.B: Regent Acceptance of Money from the University
